DAILY LUCKY 15: Monday’s Tips | Southwell & Windsor

After two wins from Saturday’s selections, Monday’s race action turns its attention to the evening cards at Southwell and Windsor.

Southwell

Parisian Blue (6:20pm) [Dom’s Pick] & Hurricane Ali (8:20pm) [Reece’s Pick]

Nicky Henderson kept up his good Southwell form with two winners at this track last week, with Nico de Boinville picking up a double himself.

Their runner Parisian Blue failed to repay the market support at Chepstow back in April but she is clearly held in high regard, and the daughter of Getaway is taken to get her career up with that experience under her belt and running in Nottinghamshire this evening.

In the curtain closer, Hurricane Ali makes appeal under Brian Hughes following a neck-second at Uttoxeter on his last start.

He is a previous course-and-distance winner, however, landing the spoils here back in March and leaving the impression that a mark of 101 may not deter him.

Windsor

Kindred Spirit (6:00pm) [Reece’s Pick] & Brentford Hope (6:30pm) [Dom’s Pick]

Roger Varian’s Kindred Spirit was luckless in running at Lingfield on her last start when badly hampered on the rail, seemingly holding every chance at the time.

She carries Listed experience into this contest and surely any repeat of her Yarmouth debut, with strong form since, she is sure to go close here.

Brentford Hope, on the other hand, heads for Listed company in Berkshire this evening bidding for a third career success.

His best form appears to have arrived on slow ground so a bit of juice in conditions should play into his favour and he was clearly suited by the drop back in trip at Haydock when last seen in October.
