You can read our Worcester NAP and longshot, as well as our banker and each-way fancy for the Chester May Festival, but the daily quartet of picks revolves around the jump and flat action in Cambridgeshire and Essex, respectively.

Nick Kent’s gelding was a useful flat horse for William Haggas and appeared to struggle in his early days as a hurdler, but it all clicked back in March at Wetherby from a 6lbs lower mark.
He was just denied in a follow up at Fakenham a week later and he gets lumps of weight from his rivals here under Charlie Hammond.
Your Darling won on debut at Newbury but has been a bust for backers since and could be worth taking on at the prices.
The son of Jimble hasn’t been on the track since November but that form has been well franked as a result and he has won at this track before.
This doesn’t look an overly deep race and while he does not possess a huge amount of value, he looks one of the safer bets of the day.
Harry Bannister gets the seat in the plate and he still could be well in off a mark of 97 for Alex Hales.
Mark Johnston’s colt wasn’t hugely backed on debut at Kempton in October but won nicely enough and left the impression there was still improvement to come.
His handler’s runners are operating at a 24% strike-rate at the moment and he makes the long journey from Yorkshire for this opener.
He cost plenty as a yearling and may well possess enough ability to overcome a penalty and maintain his unbeaten start.
The Sea The Stars nine-year-old is thriving of late, winning over course-and-distance on his last two starts and jumping 9lbs in the ratings as a result.
He’s still pretty lightly raced given his age and he arrives here having won four of his last six outings, with Oisin Murphy an eyecatching booking.
A few of these arrive in good vein but the selection is taken to land an Essex hat-trick.
