After denied only in the stewards’ room at Punchestown last time out, Walking On Glass could be the one to keep on side here up 4lb after passing the post first, pulling well clear of the rest of the field.

He’d shown ability over three-miles before and the slight step down in trip doesn’t appear an obvious concern for the versatile campaigner, who won over twelve furlongs on the flat at Galway twelve months ago.

Remaining fairly unexposed over staying distances, he gets tons of weight off plenty of his rivals here and looks to hold solid claims under Darragh O’Keefe, who is riding at 13% so far in 2021/22.
