Farlam King – 7.35 Hexham (20/1 – William Hill)
A big-priced outsider in a 2m4f Novices’ Handicap Chase, Farlam King could well hint at some each-way value at Hexham on Tuesday evening.
Placed twice over C&D, Maurice Barnes’ runner is yet to strike under rules but he should be competitive at this level.
His best effort was finishing second behind Mighty Thunder at the track back in October, placing with the huge price tag of 200/1
The gelding will need to improve if he is to win here, but his mark would suggest he could be pushing for the top three at least.
With a 7lb claimer booked in, Farlam King could potentially push for a place here with an enticing price of 20/1.
