Hailing for Shane Nolan’s yard, Yulong Voice could show further progress over obstacles in a 2m4f Handicap Hurdle at Listowel this afternoon.
The four-year-old has claimed victory on the flat when landing a 1m maiden at Bellewstown two years ago, but he is yet to win over hurdles.
The gelding showed some promise on his last outing, travelling well before clattering into the hurdle at two out and offering little more to finish fourth over 2m5½f at Tramore.
Nolan’s runner should appreciate the step down in trip here and he looks to be at a strikable mark.
With a current price of 12/1, Yulong Voice could well push for the places at the very least.
