Christopher Robin – 6.30 Stratford (14/1 – William Hill)

On his second start for new trainer Tom Gretton, Christopher Robin could bounce back to winning ways in a 2m6f Handicap Hurdle at Stratford.

The six-year-old finished a distant third on his stable debut at Huntingdon last month and has been dropped back 3lbs in the ratings following that effort.

Could Christopher Robin return to form for Tom Gretton?

The gelding could well have needed the run last time out after a 215-day break and he is now 1lb higher than when he finished second in a 2m7½f Handicap Hurdle at Uttoxeter back in September.

He is 7lbs above his last winning mark, but he has proven to be competitive in previous efforts at this rating.

At a price of 14/1, Christopher Robin can push into the frame here.
