The Irish domination in their British exploits can continue on Sunday afternoon in the Scottish Grand National with Pat Fahy’s seven-year-old.

He hasn’t been seen since finishing fourth in a handicap at Leopardstown in March but the form has worked out considerably well with the second, Livelovelaugh, going in recently at Aintree.

Carrying only 10st, he has only had one career win but looks as though he’s been saved for a big run in a race like this and gets a first crack at the extended trip of 3m 7f.

Aye Right’s Ultima form was given a boost by Happygolucky on Merseyside but he has a lot of weight on his back considering he only has one chase win to his name.
