Warwick’s NAP: STEPNEY CAUSEWAY | 1:40pm Highflyer Bloodstock Novices’ Chase | Dom’s Pick
Dan Skelton’s 4-year-old boasts a similar profile to his stable-mate Allmankind, who won on chase debut at this track last season after being beaten at Cheltenham’s Showcase Meeting, with a similar approach now taken for the former flat contender.
His defeat at Prestbury Park was at least given a nice couple of boosts at the weekend and having had a second wind surgery, he could be one to side with now over fences.
He had some decent form over hurdles but could dominate this small field from the front for a yard in-form.

The Midnight Legend gelding has been a model of consistency for Harry Fry and has ran cracking efforts on his six most recent appearances.
He was a tad disappointing on his only run at this course previously, but that was over a shorter trip in very soft ground and the quicker surface and longer trip should be more up his street here.
Sam Twiston-Davies is a solid booking to the saddle for the 11-year-old and he remains just 4lb higher than his last winning mark.
